...Coming

Winter is coming.

I feel it coming. Singing its cold, cruel song. How does it sound?

Listen, it advances. Slow motion, it creeps behind me. The white breath licks my neck, coats with icy frost. Tight muscles cringe, sending hair on end.

Look around. Life Falls to the ground. Swept up, then fades away. Once beauty, now nuiscience. Ice to glass and glass to ice. The old is gone.

Winter is coming.

A morning surprise party. Waiting in anticipation to wake up to white. Pure covers all with a blank blanket. Where green growth grew, white beauty haunts bare limbs.

Hear the sound. A light dawn of stillest silence. "Do not disturb". I shudder at the death, but it is not mine. To change. For faithful after winter Springs life again.

The new has come.

grrr... it is far too warm for winters delight. I wish to snow, lots and lots, i wish to christmas light to twinkle in the dark. i wish for sleigh rides, hot coco and that love that comes with winters edge. Poeple get cosie and warm and love a whole lots more when christmas time appears, so warmth go away, snow come to stay!
